If you see the error message
beam current not measured in the centre of the cup
try using the "move home" command
mhome
to reset the coordinate system.
Why? Because you probably used "atc" after moving away from the mark. Learn what atc does or do not use it. Adjusting the table coordinates is seldom necessary.
